Course Objectives

The Annual Makeup Artist is a 700-hour highly professional course, suitable for those with a strong passion for makeup and who want to make it their profession, distinguishing themselves as a Makeup Artist.

It is a comprehensive training path to work in the fashion world, including backstage at fashion shows, cinema, TV, theater, special effects, bridal makeup, beauty, hairstyling, advertising, and editorials. The course starts from basic skills and ends the year with high-precision and refined work.

The objective of the Annual Makeup Artist course is to train complete professional Makeup Artists capable of working and meeting the demands of high-level backstage environments. At the end of the course, students will have completed work to build their first professional portfolio, essential for showcasing their artistic, stylistic, and creative work, and will have the opportunity to apply for a work experience at Milan Fashion Week thanks to our external collaborations.

Program

The Annual Makeup Artist course is both theoretical and practical, where students will be actively engaged from the very first day at the Academy. This course starts with basic skills and ends the year with work of extreme precision and beauty.

Theoretical Lessons

Topics include Fitting Makeup, products, and skincare, led by experienced instructors.

Practical Exercises

Students will practice beauty looks using classmates as models, learning to work on diverse skin types and facial features.

Final Projects

Students will complete different looks per module as final exams, which will be professionally photographed for a portfolio. Each year concludes with a themed final show involving all students.

Admission Requirements

The course is open to all high school graduates who wish to develop their talent and become professional Makeup Artists. Ideal for both beginners and those with some makeup or hairstyling background.

Essential qualities: passion for makeup and ability to work in a team.

Professional Kit

To attend the course, students must purchase the Professional Makeup Kit. It is a curated multi-brand selection chosen by instructors to meet high industry standards.

Course Fees & Payment Methods

• Enrollment Fee: €350
• Tuition Fee: €3,500 (to be paid between 07/10/2025 and 01/05/2026)
• Professional Kit: €700

Exams & Certification

Exams

• Practical tests evaluating basic and creative techniques
• Final exam with a live model at the Academy and during Milan Fashion Week
• Final thesis presentation before a jury of instructors in Tirana and Milan

Certification

The diploma is accredited by the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation of Albania. Students will also receive a dual certificate issued by MKS after a qualification exam at MBA in Milan, recognized internationally in the job market and fashion industry.
